Google Chrome
Quick Solution
Most browsers automatically prevent websites from using your camera. When you click 'Start test', if your browser's settings are blocking camera access, a notification will appear asking for permission to use your camera. You'll need to click 'Allow' to let the website take a picture.
Alternative way to allow camera access:
-
Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome
icon and select Settings. -
Go to Privacy and Security.
-
Go to Site Settings.
-
Click on Camera.
-
Under the list of “Not allowed to use your camera,” you will see the site https://jsat.pearsonvue.com/TA/TestPlayer/Home.aspx.
-
Click the right arrow.
-
Under Site Permissions, for the Camera, choose Allow from the drop-down.
